Juicy, energetic and crisp, this wine has delicate notes of struck match, pink grapefruit, apricot, white peach and pear, offering an aromatic complexity few in Chablis can deliver. Long finish, full of texture and ‘chalky’ grip. Superb!

Biodynamic. This Bourgogne Aligoté is showing wonderful aromatic expressions of pears, citrus, and hawthorn, with a finish reminding of hazelnuts. Fruity notes on a background of minerality, white flowers, and spices, with a slightly nutty finish.

Aromas of green apple and pear dominate on the nose with hints of dried herbs and wet stone. On the palate it is dry and crisp with plenty of minerality and citrus finishing floral. This Petit Chablis is soft, light and extremely refreshing.

We never tire of great new Chardonnay finds from the Mâcon area of Burgundy. This 100% Chardonnay is made from a selection of some of the northern-most vineyards in the Macon appellation. With hints of pear, apple, citrus and white stone fruit on the palate and balanced acidity, this clean and refreshing Chardonnay resembles the more exalted whites of the Cote d'Or. This wine is an excellent example of a Macon and a tremendous value in White Burgundy!
