Orange and Organic. 100% Loureiro crushed, destemmed, and pressed by artisanal processes (read: made in a facility without electricity), then fermented spontaneously on the skins in beeswax-lined clay amphorae. The juice remains in contact with the skins for about six months. Bottled without filtration.
Es Okay Pinot Gris
With five days of skin contact, this orange wine is richer with more tannins than white wine. There is incredible florality on both the nose and palate. With an abundance of stone fruit and bright citrus notes (tangerine and kumquats), this wine is like liquid sunshine.
Hollenburger Grüner Veltliner
Not your typical Grüner. The blend is 40% from the most recent vintage, 40% the previous vintage, and 20% three vintages ago. A light and elegant natural white wine, light caramel and vanilla on the palate. A balanced light wine with light acidity and smoky minerality. Multidimensional, showing different flavor nuances with each sip.
Kalkspitz Pét Nat
Dry and savory with a refreshing acidity and creaminess on the palate. Aromas of golden apple, Asian pear, white pepper and grapefruit, it is a touch off-dry with balanced acidity and streaking minerality. Bright flavors of lemon zest and quince.
Cirelli, Wines of Anarchy Rosato
Tank Nat ! What's tank nat? Well think of it as a gigantic bottle of pet nat... then bottled. Francesco takes organic certified montepulciano, cools it down and then let's it ferment in a giant steel tank where it gets all bubbly and wild before bottling with the natural carbonation intact!
Le Chant Baron Grolleau Gris
From pink-skinned white grapes! Medium-bodied, fruity. Ripe yellow fruit on the nose that expresses itself on the palate as pink grapefruit, red berries, and spice. Balanced acidity and hints of pepper and citrus on the finish. Pair with grilled sardines, clams, Asian cuisine, and aged goat's milk cheeses.
Laurent Cabernet Sauvignon
Native yeasts, organic cabernet sauvignon from Maipo Valley in chile. French ex-pat winemakers bring the full bodied and the funk here. Perfect bbq wine !
Orange wine alert! Macerated grillo and catterato from Marsala in far western Sicily. This oxidative, wild wine is steeped in the traditions of open vats and skin contact and is a salty reminder that terroir is as much about traditions as it is soil. Native yeasts, certified organic.
Vegas Altas Blanco
An obscure fruity and sharp textured grape called.... Eva de los Santos! Yep, that's the grape. Think chardonnay body with sauv blanc zippiness. Organic certified.
Mittnacht Pinot Blanc
A dry but richer style of Pinot Blanc, produced biodynamically in Alsace. Medium-full body, medium acidity, yellow apple and pear notes. Aging on the lees gives this bready notes and viscosity. Super for sipping: Let it warm up a bit out of the fridge for best flavor.
Les Parcelles Téte Nat
Pet nat from organic certified grapes sourced from Gaillac (mauzac, Loin-de-l’oeil). Native yeasts, fermented in bottle. Zesty, yeasty and not serious.... but seriously easy to drink ! Summer bubbles and the perfect aperitif!
The calling card wine from Europe's largest Biodynamic farm. 100% pinot noir, native yeasts, fermented in tank and then bottled with natural c02. Fruity and fantastic from one of the most important names in Austrian natural wine.
Château Le Bergey Bordeaux
Certified Demeter biodynamic merlot, cab sauv and cab franc from Right Bank Bordeaux. This wine over delivers for the price. A very classic, very pure expression of clay and gravel. Basically, it's made by a retired couple from Paris who, if they had a "wine" name, could sell this for four times the price. Just flat out good Bordeaux.
Orange and Organic. Deep, savoury style with fine, expertly integrated tannins and balanced bitterness. Floral notes, like jasmine, are delicate and there is that dried apricot fruit and salted almond mineral note. Benefits from decanting.
Very rare still wine from Spain's most famous cider region in the far northwest. A blend of Albarín Blanco and Albillo that is high toned and very refreshing from some of the steepest vineyards in Spain!
Biodynamic and Unfiltered. Twin sisters Margherita and Francesca Padovani founded Fonterenza in 1997. This funky wine is rich, intense and complex, with notes of candied citrus, exotic fruits and oriental spices. On the palate, it is fresh, taught, spicy and savory, rich and persistent.
J Brix Cobolorum Riesling Pét Nat
This wine is fermented spontaneously.
Cobolorum means “goblin.” We call this undisgorged, no-added-anything pét-nat our Naughty Goblin Bubbles, as it must be kept very cold or it may leap out of the bottle to greet you! Natural sediment will rise from the bottom after uncapping, to create the “cloud of delicious.”
Vegas Altas Ancestral
Pet nat from direct press cabernet sauvignon from Extramadurra, Spain just on the border with Portugal. Very fun, very spritzy and one of the best values in pet nat. Organic certified.
Domaine du Jas Côtes du Rhône
Very classic expression from the northernmost corner of the southern Rhone, so you get that garrigue with freshness. Fermented in concrete pyramid tanks that are unique to this winery. Classic all the way, and totally unmessed with. Organic certified.
