J Brix Cobolorum Riesling Pét Nat
Natural wine. Unfined and Unfiltered. This wine is fermented spontaneously.
Cobolorum means “goblin.” We call this undisgorged, no-added-anything pét-nat our Naughty Goblin Bubbles, as it must be kept very cold or it may leap out of the bottle to greet you! Natural sediment will rise from the bottom after uncapping, to create the “cloud of delicious.”
Gulp Hablo Verdejo
Vegan. Organic. This gulpable Spanish white is the perfect companion for a hot summer day. The label isn’t very serious but the wine is! A liter size bottle of organic, vegan, bio-dynamic dry delicious bright minerally and slightly herbaceous Verdejo. Action-packed, different & delicious!
Light-bodied, dry, lightly sparkling. Lemon, lime, and seashells on the nose and palate. The finish is crisp, prickly and very refreshing. Pair with fish, appetizers, soups, cheeses, or just on its own.
Casal Garcia Vinho Verde
The wine has a citrine color and a clear appearance with a very delicate and slightly fruity aroma. On the palate this is a fresh, smooth and well-balanced wine. Ideal with fish, seafood, Asian food and some white meat.
Pratsch Grüner Veltliner
Organic. Beautifully dark yellow, clear fruit with apple and pears lemon and grapefruit. A little bit of melons, fine herbaceousness in the background. Featherlight, easy and juicy palate, enlivened by some lively spritz.
A dry and fruity wine that you will want to drink again and again. Aromatic nose of apricot, pear and white flowers. The mouth is spirited with a lively acidity and an almond and citrus finish. Fresh and vivacious, this wine is the best example of fruitiness and minerality intermingling.
Pra' Otto Soave Classico
Practicing organic. Bright straw color. Nectarine, lemon peel and white flowers on the flint-accented nose. Harmonious but bright acidity provides clarity and cut to the mineral orchard and herbal flavors. Finishes long and saline, with lip-smacking freshness.
Alois Lageder Chardonnay
Organic. The mildly perfumed wine is simple and linear with creamy lemon, quince and pear. The finish is lean and crisp, but there is enough volume here for a pairing with Thai shrimp in coconut milk.

El Coto Rioja Blanco

The Basque region of northern Spain was once an outpost for whalers and fisherman, hence the whale tail on the label. Lighter-bodied, dry, lightly effervescent. Starts with citrus and nectarine on the nose and follows with apple and sea-foam on the palate. Balanced minerals and acids on the finish.

Organic. Not your typical Grüner. The blend is 40% from the most recent vintage, 40% the previous vintage, and 20% three vintages ago. A light and elegant natural white wine, light caramel and vanilla on the palate. A balanced light wine with light acidity and smoky minerality. Multidimensional, showing different flavor nuances with each sip.

Shades of Blue Riesling
Shades of Blue is produced from Germany’s Mosel region, on the steep slopes of the Mosel river. With fragrant aromas of tropical and stone fruits, this semi-dry Riesling balances ripe fruit notes with a crisp citrus finish.
Biodynamic. Albariño as it should be. Very focused and tight, like a good Chablis. Minerality and balance in a bottle. Brilliantly clean, stony tropical pineapple presents clearly on the nose and palate. Yellow citrus flavors are like a simple, well-constructed melody, balanced and constrained.
Practicing Organic. Made with one of three grapes used to make Cava; fresh, powerful aromas of light, tropical fruit, especially pineapple, blossom from the glass. A deeper inhale rewards you with notes of white stone fruits—apricot and peach—with a background of aromatic herbs and sweet spices.
Nat'Cool Vinho Verde
A few grams of sugar is left in the bottle to re-ferment, resulting in a fizzy wine. Slightly cloudy in appearance, with plenty of personality: fresh, vibrant, with citrusy and vegetal notes. Uncomplicated and straight-forward, it offers high acidity and a light carbonic sparkle on the palate, ending on a saline, crystalline and refreshing finish.
