Conquilla, Cava Brut
Conquilla– Catalan dialect for ‘shell’– it’s the brand-new crisp, thirst-quenching bubbly that doesn’t forget its roots in the fossil-rich sedimentary limestone soils of the Penedès!
Medium-bodied and dry, with lemons, honeysuckle, and kumquat on the nose. Orange, peach, and apples on the palate. Finishes with almond and stone fruit.
An excellent apéritif, or make mimosas with, or pair it with fried chicken!
