Flavia Sparkling Catarratto
Organic. This thirst-quenching bubbly comes from the northern slopes of Etna, grown from sandy-volcanic soil. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose has floral aromas with notes of orange blossom, jasmine, aromatic herbs, citrus and white fruit. It impresses with its acidity, minerality and its soft and enveloping bubbles.
Bohigas Brut Cava
Organic. Straw yellow in color with golden hues. Aromas of apple and pear coming from the Macabeo and Parellada varieties together with some bakery notes. Small and very persistant bubbles. Elegant and delicate. Wonderful with pork, fish, and seafood.
3B Extra Brut
Organic. Pretty and elegant, made from Portugal’s indigenous grape varieties, this is a well-made sparkling that is unfiltered and natural. Tiny, creamy bubbles with peaches, lavender, and rose petal notes. Aromatic and creamy, with light yeasty notes and crisp minerality, results in an incredibly clean finish.
Chidaine Montlouis sur Loire Brut
Biodynamic. All Chenin. Delicate and ample. Lots of finesse. Something luminous about it. Notes of chalk and salt. Full of life and expression; round, ripe and filled with autumn apples and spices. Superb!
Lini Lambrusco Rosso
Our favorite! Intense ruby red color with purple reflections; extremely fragrant bouquet, showing lush aromas of red fruit, especially blueberry & raspberry, confirmed on the well balanced, structured palate with distinctive flavor intensity & balance and a slightly tannic finish.
Fiorini Terre al Sole Lambrusco
Aromas of violets and ripe cherries with hints of clove and pepper. Great acidity balanced with clean, full-bodied fruit. Fresh on the palate with a lingering finish.
Da Mar Prosecco

Terre di Marca Sparkling Rosè

Bohigas Rosat Cava
Organic. Fashioned from the indigenous varietal called Trepat and blended with a touch of Pinot Noir, it is a very pretty wine that is dry and fruity. Notes of strawberries, cherries, and rose petals; lovely freshness, balanced acidity and wonderful minerality.
Hild Elbling Sekt Brut
Organic. This spunky sparkler is produced by Matthias Hild, an honest and down-to-earth winemaker located in the Upper Mosel. These delicious bubbles are produced in the traditional method and is aged on its lees for nine months. The resulting wine oozes with flavors of juicy tropical fruit, white flowers, and chalk.
Roederer Estate Brut
A lovely, inviting nose of chamomile, lemon custard and honeyed green apple. Medium-bodied with a fine mousse. Elegant. Apple and pear with citrus acidity and brightness. Delightful.

Lini Lambrusco Rosé

Fiorini Rosé Lambrusco
This is NOT your mother’s Lambrusco! Its light salmon color reveals its rightful place among your favorite summer rosés. Intense violet notes, with very persistent aroma. Dry, full in the mouth, rich, and the violet notes are very evident in the mouth too. Pairs well with a variety of grilled vegetables, meats, summer salads, and especially cured meats.
Straw yellow with reflections tending to a shiny-greenish color. Fine grain perlage with rich and persistent foam. The nose is clean and well-balanced, with a floral note. The palate is persistent with typical fruity notes, full-bodied.

Biodynamic. A balanced, fragrant and fresh sparkling wine. Aromas of ripe white fruit stand out, with subtle notes of florals. In the mouth it is fluid, with an elegant bubble and a slightly salty note with a long and persistent finish.
Plouzeau Perle Sauvage Pét Nat Rosé
Organic. Pét nat made with Cabernet Franc grapes. A delicate nose with aromas of fresh raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, clear, pure, fresh flavors of red berry, with notes of crushed strawberry and a floral undertone. A tiny bit of jalapeño pepper on the nose as well with a touch of yeast on the finish.

Pioppa Lambrusco di Modena
Organic. From organically-treated 15+ year old vines planted to sandy-clay soils. After harvest, they are fermented in stainless steel tanks, then bottled unfined, lightly filtered. The wine offers fresh red and blue fruit notes, with soft bubbles and a lingering finish.
Fiorini Vignadelpadre Lambrusco
Organic. Vigna del Padre is a Lambrusco that comes from the Olmaccio vineyard in Ganaceto. Bottled before fermentation has completed, with the fermentation finishing in the bottle. Fruity aromas of raspberry and strawberry. Fresh on the palate with a pleasant and refreshing finish.
Denny Bini Spuma!
Organic. FUSO is a project by importer Portovino to produce low-intervention wines from some of Italy’s most edgy winemakers. Spuma! is a festive pet-nat style lambrusco made by the humble Denny Bini on the clay soils of Emilia-Romagna. Bone-dry, alpine flowers, honeysuckle, tart apple, citrus zest, and fresh acidity.
