La Gioiosa Rosé Prosecco
Delicate rose in color with hints of pomegranate, the wine is extremely fresh and aromatic with notes of rose and pomegranate on the nose. On the palate, it’s silky and full-bodied with gorgeous balance between its fruit and floral notes. Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with finger foods and Mediterranean first courses.
Bolet Cava Brut
Organic. A low-intervention wine. Easy-drinking not-too-dry Cava with hints of apple, anise, brioche, and citrus. Good fizz on a soft finish. Pair with shellfish, appetizers, cheese, and cured meats.
Plouzeau Perle Sauvage Pét Nat Rosé
Organic. Pét nat made with Cabernet Franc grapes. A delicate nose with aromas of fresh raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, clear, pure, fresh flavors of red berry, with notes of crushed strawberry and a floral undertone. A tiny bit of jalapeño pepper on the nose as well with a touch of yeast on the finish.
Our favorite! Intense ruby red color with purple reflections; extremely fragrant bouquet, showing lush aromas of red fruit, especially blueberry & raspberry, confirmed on the well balanced, structured palate with distinctive flavor intensity & balance and a slightly tannic finish.
Fiorini Rosé Lambrusco
This is NOT your mother’s Lambrusco! Its light salmon color reveals its rightful place among your favorite summer rosés. Intense violet notes, with very persistent aroma. Dry, full in the mouth, rich, and the violet notes are very evident in the mouth too. Pairs well with a variety of grilled vegetables, meats, summer salads, and especially cured meats.
Da Mar Prosecco
Organic. Light, floral, refreshing and delicious. Ripe melon and honeysuckle with a touch of granny smith apple and sweet pineapple. This is a fantastic prosecco that is fruit forward with a structured, elegant and dry finish.
Terre di Marca Sparkling Rosè
Organic. A delicious bone dry, sparkling rosé that is grapefruity and easy to drink. The grapes are cultivated without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. It is wonderful on it's own, or try it in your favorite prosecco-based cocktails. Drink this "col fondo" (unfiltered, cloudy) prosecco all year round because it's that good!
Conquilla Cava Brut
Crisp and thirst-quenching. Medium-bodied and dry, with lemons, honeysuckle, and kumquat on the nose. Orange, peach, and apples on the palate. Finishes with almond and stone fruit.
Chidaine Montlouis sur Loire Brut
Biodynamic. All Chenin. Delicate and ample. Lots of finesse. Something luminous about it. Notes of chalk and salt. Full of life and expression; round, ripe and filled with autumn apples and spices. Superb!
Fiorini Vignadelpadre Lambrusco
Organic. Vigna del Padre is a Lambrusco that comes from the Olmaccio vineyard in Ganaceto. Bottled before fermentation has completed, with the fermentation finishing in the bottle. Fruity aromas of raspberry and strawberry. Fresh on the palate with a pleasant and refreshing finish.
Piedirosso forms the base of the cuvée and ripe fruit characteristics as well as lively acidity. Aglianico adds depth and savory notes, while Sciascinoso adds vibrant color and freshness. An interesting but delicious lightly sparkling red wine.
Straw yellow with reflections tending to a shiny-greenish color. Fine grain perlage with rich and persistent foam. The nose is clean and well-balanced, with a floral note. The palate is persistent with typical fruity notes, full-bodied.
3B Extra Brut
Organic. Pretty and elegant, made from Portugal’s indigenous grape varieties, this is a well-made sparkling that is unfiltered and natural. Tiny, creamy bubbles with peaches, lavender, and rose petal notes. Aromatic and creamy, with light yeasty notes and crisp minerality, results in an incredibly clean finish.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir. Bright cherry color with salmon rim. Fine, delicate bubbles. Aroma of wild berry and currant lead to a spicy palate of red fruit accompanied by fine, enduring bubbles and balanced acidity. Generous, toasty finish.
Jacky Blot Triple Zéro
Organic. 100% Chenin Blanc grown on 40+ year old vines. Grapes harvested at full maturity. Zero chapitalization. Zero liqueur de tirage. Zero dosage. Primary and secondary fermentation done with indigenous yeasts, fermented and aged in 5 to 10 year old barrels. Aged on the lees for 24 months. A remarkable expression of Chenin Blanc with great depth.

Pioppa Lambrusco di Modena
Organic. From organically-treated 15+ year old vines planted to sandy-clay soils. After harvest, they are fermented in stainless steel tanks, then bottled unfined, lightly filtered. The wine offers fresh red and blue fruit notes, with soft bubbles and a lingering finish.
Kalkspitz Pétillant Naturel
Organic. Dry and savory with a refreshing acidity and creaminess on the palate. Aromas of golden apple, Asian pear, white pepper and grapefruit, it is a touch off-dry with balanced acidity and streaking minerality. Bright flavors of lemon zest and quince.
