Straw yellow with reflections tending to a shiny-greenish color. Fine grain perlage with rich and persistent foam. The nose is clean and well-balanced, with a floral note. The palate is persistent with typical fruity notes, full-bodied.
Conquilla Cava Brut
Crisp and thirst-quenching. Medium-bodied and dry, with lemons, honeysuckle, and kumquat on the nose. Orange, peach, and apples on the palate. Finishes with almond and stone fruit.
Naveran Brut Vintage has expressive and zesty floral, toasted bread and citrus aromas. Tangy, suave, light and clean citrus and stone fruit flavors on the palate have a fresh and crisp character. Tasted blind, it's easy to mistake this for great Champagne.
An excellent example of dry, food-friendly Lambrusco. A balance of rich, dark fruit (raspberry and cherry) with acidity, some light soft tannin and savory notes of dried herbs and mineral. Lovely notes of violet wraps it all up.
Piedirosso forms the base of the cuvée and ripe fruit characteristics as well as lively acidity. Aglianico adds depth and savory notes, while Sciascinoso adds vibrant color and freshness. An interesting but delicious lightly sparkling red wine.

Bortolotti Lagrein Brut
A beautiful and festive Rosato with fruit and violet on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh, delicately fruity with cherry, strawberry and berry notes. Slight almond finish.

Organic. Pretty and elegant, made from Portugal’s indigenous grape varieties, this is a well-made sparkling that is unfiltered and natural. Tiny, creamy bubbles with peaches, lavender, and rose petal notes. Aromatic and creamy, with light yeasty notes and crisp minerality, results in an incredibly clean finish.

J Brix Cobolorum Riesling Pét Nat
Natural wine. Unfined and Unfiltered. This wine is fermented spontaneously.
Cobolorum means “goblin.” We call this undisgorged, no-added-anything pét-nat our Naughty Goblin Bubbles, as it must be kept very cold or it may leap out of the bottle to greet you! Natural sediment will rise from the bottom after uncapping, to create the “cloud of delicious.”
