merlot, Malbec, & chilean reds
A perfect, everyday wine. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, this wine is delicious for just about any occasion and food pairing. Smooth and balanced dark fruit flavors, raspberry and plum, with a cedar edge; soft tannins, and a flavorful finish.
Organic. 100% Criolla Grande. The lifted and bright nose shows notes of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, dried rose petals, and milk chocolate. The palate is light and fresh with good acidity and bright red fruit shining through. The finish shows macerated raspberries with a hint of cinnamon, crushed dried leaves, and orange peel.
Organic. It is a wine of dark violet color with reddish tones. In the nose it presents intense aromas of blackberry with notes of red and black currants, and plum. The mouth highlights notes of ripe plums with soft and elegant tanniins. It has an excellent structure, long and persistent finish.
Sustainable. Pipeño is the traditional method of winemaking in Chile, which dates back to the late 16th century. With just a subtle bit of funk and full of bright fruit, dried herbs and earth, this is a chillable, crushable, light red for hot days. Muddle some strawberries and pour this over them. Now that's a summer drink!
Casona Lopez Malbec
Bright, with intense aromas of red fruits and subtle touches of wood; its tannins are smooth and unctuous. Harmonic, balanced and long finish in the mouth. It is an ideal wine to accompany red meats, pastas and spicy foods.
Pedro Parra Pais Vinista
Sustainable. Crisp, mineral-accented red made from the Pais grape with notes of strawberry and earth on the nose, followed by elegantly soft tannins, and finishes with nice herbal notes. It's a medium-bodied, minerally, crisp-textured red that is bright, deep with flavor and delicious to drink.
